Leaving Headship
Rod left headship in September2008 to focus on his work with Weatherhead Projects as an independent leadership & learning consultant. His survival of twenty plus years of headship was celebrated with a wonderful party for colleagues, past and present, at the Bella Vista Restaurant, Rochdale in July 2008. Rod and Yvonne really enjoyed a brilliant occasion.
