Weatherhead Projects was established by Rod and Yvonne Weatherhead in 2003 as a means to promote their educational interests and enthusiasms outside primary headship. Weatherhead Projects became a limited company in 2007. Weatherhead Projects Ltd offers a range of training and consultancy services to headteachers, educational professionals, professional networks, schools and other learning organisations.
Weatherhead Projects Ltd. has a particular interest in all aspects of leadership and learning in schools. It has a wide experience of all aspects of education including raising achievement, literacy, ethnic minority education, behaviour management, mathematics, schools in challenging circumstances and school leadership.
Rod and Yvonne work with school leaders of all levels of experience. They have developed their facilitation, coaching, mentoring and training skills to high professional levels.
Both Rod and Yvonne are available to work with individuals or groups of any size. Fees for services provided by Weatherhead Projects Ltd are dependent on issues such as the time needed to deliver the service, the type of service required, the size of audience and the amount of preparation required.
